22 Dec - Muntajat successfully integrated into Qatar Petroleum

According to a press release, the integration process between Qatar Petroleum (QP) and Qatar Chemical and Petrochemical Marketing and Distribution Company (Muntajat) was successfully completed in November this year. The integration process started back in June 2020.
The move is part of QP’s strategic plans to strengthen Qatar’s downstream capabilities and enhance its global competitive position. The giant plans to expand its reach in the downstream sector via the integration.
Following the integration, Muntajat continues to remain as a legal entity, whereas QP has been named as its marketing agent. The integration involves leveraging the combined set of human, technical, commercial, and financial capabilities of both entities, enabling Muntajat to expand its reach through QP’s global footprint.
