15 Oct - Shin Etsu reportedly declares FM on PVC from Netherlands

According to market sources, Shin Etsu declared force majeure on deliveries of all PVC grades from its 450,000 tons/year plant in Pernis, the Netherlands by October 13. The producer could not be reached for confirmation at the time of publication.

It is not yet known when the force majeure will be lifted.
