As a responsible polymer distributor and trader, NCT Holland B.V. is committed to meeting its legal obligations under REACH and indeed began its preparations for the Regulation some time before the publication of the final agreed text.
NCT Holland B.V. can state that it has pre-registered the products shown in the table below. Registration will be done by the Polymer Producer or their Only Representative (OR). NCT Holland is also in dialogue with relevant suppliers of raw materials to ensure that all of these will also be registered under REACH.
