NCT & Itochu Corporation signs JV

On February 14th NCT and Itochu got together in Amsterdam for the signing ceremony of the Joint Venture.

 

 

Itochu Corporation and the NCT Group announce cooperation in Plastics trading and distribution Itochu Corporation and NCT are pleased to announce that they have signed an agreement to establish a Joint Venture company in NCT Holland BV. Itochu has acquired a minority stake for an undisclosed sum and the option right to acquire a majority stake in the coming years.Itochu Corporation: Mr. Hiroyasu Kawakami General Manager Plastic Department Itochu Corporation says: 
 " Itochu is traditionally stronge in South East Asia and the Far East and needed to add some expertise and in-depth market knowledge and penetration in Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, Africa and the Indian sub-continent. NCT was the ideal partner for us to expand in the above mentioned regions as they are in those areas traditionally strong and represented with several offices. We are very pleased that we were able to come to an agreement with NCT as their skills and market coverage are clearly complementary to the present Itochu plastics trading and distribution network." NCT: Mr. Marco Huysmans President of the NCT Group and Managing Director of NCT Holland BV says:
